In addition to finding Highland bagpipe and Uilleann pipe music, and highland bagpipe scores and tutorials, I found a couple interesting highland bagpipe history books. In addition to finding highland bagpipe music (described previously here and here ), I was also to discovered a large (128 tracks) collection of Uilleann pipe tunes. They range in dates from 1917 to 1955. All from the 78RPM collection.  The M3U playlist can be found here .
